Mark Simler, Owner/Associate

Mark grew up on a family farm in Adair County and has continuously lived and worked on a farm near Kirksville, MO. The past 30 plus years he has worked in Agri-Business in machinery and feed sales in Northeast Missouri. Mark is past president of The NEMO Fair Association, member of the Missouri Club Lamb Association, and is active in promoting 4-H and FFA projects in Missouri. Marks wife Sandi, and their children, Nathan and Haleigh reside on a farm west of Kirksville. Mark has been a Sales Associate since 2005 and looks forward to assisting you in your Real Estate needs.

Dean Adkins, Sales Associate

Dean Adkins stands ready to list your property for sale or help you buy property. He has experience with farms, commercial property and homes, both rural and in town. Dean received his real estate license in 1999 and joined United Country in 2011. Born in Kirksville, Dean has spent his entire life in Adair County, Mo. After graduating from Kirksville High Schol and attending Northeast Missouri State Teacher's College, Dean had a chance to be a full-time farmer in 1965. Raising hogs, cattle and growing corn, beans, wheat and hay, he and his wife, Judy put together a 660 acre farm. Dean has served on the local Federal Land Bank Board and other farm organization boards. He has lobbied in Jefferson City, Mo and Washington, D.C. for family farms and small -town Ameica.
